    I'm selling this website on the behalf of a friend.

    Only the PR3 is worth more than $50, but anyway, that's his price.

    Adsense ads were deactivated, earnings consisting only of Link Sales.
    You can sell links on pr3 with $50/month, so I don't expect anyone asking for visitors stats.

    The custom theme cost was around $200 (coding+design), so this is a bargain.

    The website is also featured on TMZ : tmz.com/blogroll/
