Entertainment/Super Model websites are not earning good

My entertainment sites are producing very low Adsense revenue. Did not get any click above 0.05$ from last 2 months. My sites are related to music review, US celebrity review. Please share your experience in this domain.

Have you used the Adsblacklist? That may help.

 

Yes, blocked few MFA as well.

 

mine pay low but not that low

 

You can't expect to earn much more than 5 cent a peice, but when smartpicing is lifted yoiu might get a nice boost.

 

blocking MFA do help a little, it changes my earning , but this does not 100% help for everytime

 

Even after adding black list i get 3 cents average
So you are lucky for the 5 cents clicks

 

Sorry What are MFA's ?

 

MFA = Made For Adsense sites which have nothing but adsense on em and pay very less for the clicks their ads generate

 

my music sites do pretty well
and the ctr is good

I would say work on getting more traffic Manish.

 

I have around 50+ celeb sites and the average click is 9 cents based on around half a million clicks.

Question how do i block these MFA's (darn i feel stupid)

 

yup i get bout 50 clicks a day for 2-5 cents a piece , disappointing.

trailerdownload - this is what i did , adsblacklist.com , put in my url and keywords , and they suggested a few sites which are mfas.

Then copy paste those sites in competitive ad filter list in adsense, hope this is right.

 

procrastinator, I think the best way to do it is to review the ads on your sites manually and block what is MFA.
