Hi everyone, I've been working as an e-commerce manager primarily focused on Amazon, and I am considering starting a consultancy business to help SME to launch and grow on Amazon. My priority is to offer the turnkey type of mandates so I wouldn't devalue my skills and time by going the a la carte route I would appreciate your feedback on the following questions: 1- what are the common mandate types in terms of compensation, i.e. % of sales, % of profit, fixed retainer, and etc? 2- what are the going [ballpark figure] rates for the above mandate types? 3- what are the potential income streams and cost structure especially once growing beyond a one-man show?
