So, I’ve been trying to get to down to the gym three times a week because I’ve put on about a stone in the last six months and am flabby with slight moobs! My problem with the gym is I’ve always found it pretty damn boring. My mate came across these fitness challenges on this website and we have been pounding them for the last week. Makes it a bit more interesting as we are both in similar physical shapes and competitive with each other! Anyone want in? I’ll post a challenge here occasionally and people can post their scores. (I need all the incentive I can get to workout! lol) I managed 36 pushups in a minute. My mate managed 37. I need to beat him, so I’m practicing in the morning and night. I'm into fitness myself, own my own bodybuilding website. At 225 pounds, i can probably do about 60 controlled pushups, not sure. I have benched 320 pounds though
