    Transaction ID - (I'm guessing) the PayPal Trans ID
    Security Code - Is it a .com, .net domain? They need a security code.

    Could you provide a screenshot of where it is asking you to fill it in?

    I don't have experience with GoDaddy

    to transfer a domain to godaddy you need to:
    - buy a domain transfer. start here: https://www.godaddy.com/domains/domain-transfer.aspx
    - After your purchase is complete, check your email to authorize the transfer
    - Accept the release of your domain for the old registrar (EEP code)
    - Receive email confirmation of the successful transfer
    hope it helps. I tried to move one of my sites from enom and it worked!
