The pin will arrive within 30 days . I it does not arrive at your postal address then request another pin .

 

What if u don't get it even after your 3rd time of requesting a new pin? Can anyone please answer this cuz that's what I am going thru :s

Then they will do Phone Verification, as far as I know.

 

It is very strange that asking for third time for the pin, it has not come to you it is that you have the address badly, I believe that to 6 months they take close the account, I who your was writing to them a mail.

 

After you entered your pin number, You still have to submit tax and verify your phone number (if you in USA) to unhold your payment

comes on a postcard... i believe you can request a second one if you dont get the first.
