    very clean & simple..... minimalistic style, pleasant to the eyes.

    however, not sure how much you can develop it further if u don't add more features, functions. And if you do, it will be hard to maintain the minimalist style. Also, no space for sponsors, unless u don't intend to have any.

    Wld be good to see how featured & regular listings look.....

    Yes I am not going to place sponsored listings, I don't want to place sitewide links.
