Hello, I am new to this forum and I came across it while searching some information regarding enom reseller opportunity. I was wondering if any of you have done something like this and if so is it worth it? how much time do you have to put in in order to be successful. Right now I am not looking to become a millionaire but I do like to make a reasonable profit and enjoy doing it. well, mine before wasn't from enom. during the first two months, we only have 2 clients. we're not getting profits. but after 3months, we're getting more clients. goes more and more as days pass by.. we were crazy promoting our hosting service, goes to different forums, asking our friends to put our banner on their sites/blogs, paid some bucks for print outs and more..
I see, I know it takes a lot of effort and time to start making some reasonable profit. I don't mind doing something if I know that it will pay off. I just don't know anyone personally who did this before except for other users online who have. Thats why I was kind of curious as to who did this and their feedback.
We have an enom account and it's simply to add onto our services. We have customers who purchase hosting and a domain as well. I think these days enom accounts are great if you're offering a service where your customer may want to purchase a domain as well. But if you're just simply another domain reseller I don't think you'll be very successful unless you got a large advertising budget.
HostGator offers an Enom account free if you sign up for their reseller program. Might be something to look into. Jeff
I feel that domains reselling is pretty common .. Just as web hosting .. However, i feel that the market for selling web hosting is better compared to domains reselling as there are many big registars out there currently ..
