If it's legal yes. Since I don't know the website you're talking about, I can't really say if we accept or not. Why don't you signup and wait for approval. It's the easiest way.

W: So what if your website has traffic coming from many countries? Just because some countries aren't allowed, will that ban your site? Suppose you have 100 visitors from the US or Canada, and 5 from countries you don't accept. Does that disqualify your site? I don't get it.

Yes it seems that you didn't quite understand what I was talking about. Let me clarify it for you:

    1. He (the publisher) said that he had $0 in his account balance after 2 clicks we're made -> The clicks we're made from an IP which comes from a country that we don't serve ads for. So the visitor that clicked the publishers ad, was seeing our default ad which is served to all the visitors that don't belong to a country that we accept and this ads are not paid.
    2. His site wasn't accepted because it was too plain and simple, a white page with some links on it.
So this is the reason why his application wasn't accepted and not because he had visitors from other countries that we don't serve ads at the moment.

Hope that you understand better now.

    Hi Gabil,
I've been testing out your Enoads on my site for a while. But so far, all I ever see is one ad, the "free email addresses from mac.com". I asked a friend in the US to check my site and that's all he saw too. Why is that? Are there no advertisers so far but one? Is it cause you're too new to have more advertisers?

Do you have any ads that pay on an impression CPM basis? Or only on a click basis?

As a colleague of mine already written in the emails he send to you, we have several advertisers. Our ad code from your website is running perfectly and your website is displaying more than just that advert. He uploaded and some screen shots taken from your website with various ads for you to see.
Your friend may see that ad from only one reason: That ad is distributed in our network without any country targeting, it's available to everyone. So maybe he is using a proxy...

Our network is only on a PPC basis. We only award quality publishers if they make more than 1,500 impressions per day, but only this month only because this is a promotion.

W: I've done over 1500 impressions per day often on my site and forum. What would be the bonus award for reaching 1500 impressions per day?

An email was sent 1 or 2 days ago to our approved publishers explaining them how much they can earn.
    Anyway here is your answer:
For 1,500 impressions we award or publishers with the sum of $1.5 per day.

If you are an approved publisher and you didn't receive our email or your bonus please PM me with your publisher ID to take a look at your account.

W: Hi Gabil, I did receive that email. But it only said that I can receive a bonus. It didn't say how much or per how many impressions, or give any rates.

If there was another one that did, can you resend it to me?

So I can really make $1.50 EACH day for having at least 1500 impressions? What about 2000? If I had known this earlier I would have put it at the top of my forum, which has been getting more active lately.

    Thanks.

W: Hi again Gabil, here is the bonus email that I received. As you can see, it doesn't mention that the bonus is a daily bonus nor does it give any details about it either way. In fact, it looks like it is talking about a one time bonus?

    -----------------------------------

    "Hello publisher,

Our system has just choose your account ID "<snip>" to be the lucky winner of $1 + $1.50 bonus sum.
In case you didn't know, starting 01 March we are giving bonus earning to all our publishers.

The bonus is daily and not one time. But you also have to produce on that day a few decent clicks from your visitors in order to get your bonus.
    Why?
Simple. Because we accept traffic only from a few countries and we want to make sure that our advertisers ads are being seen by quality visitors.

If you need a more detailed explanation, please use the contact us form located on our home-page.

    Dear Gabil,

    Thanks for all your help.

I just had a US visitor to my site send me a snapshot of what he saw at the top of my forum, where I placed an Enoad. Again, it only shows one ad for the whole leaderboard. In the snapshot, I saw the mac.com ad again. Usually a leaderboard shows 4 or 5 ads though. So how do I get it to show more ads? I'd like it to show more ads so that there is a higher probability of clicks.

Here is the link to my forum so you can see what I mean. Do you only see one ad in the Enoads leaderboard too?

    http://www.happierabroad.com/phpBB2/index.php

    Thanks again,
    W

I see you throwing the word proxy around alot, I have a few questions:

    1. My first question is do you accept proxy sites? If yes can your ads be shown on the proxified pages? I am not interested in displaying them on the main as I make too much money with Adsense to risk trying another company there.

    2. Also if you answered yes to the fist question, does your company require a publisher with 20+ proxy sites to create sites for each one? I know Adtoll use to but it seems they have changed their policy, they're now on my list of advertisers to test.

    3. Do you offer a pass-thru option for when a visitor form the countries where you deem the traffic non-quality? I block most countries except for Can, US, Uk, AU, NZ but a few still get thru, I could then use another ad company so I can still make a few $ instead of lossing $.

Sorry, but I don't have a clue. It's not my expertise area. Please use the contact us link on our webpage and someone from our team will surely answer your question. (http://www.enoads.com/kb/contact/).

    Dear Gabil,
I received a warning yesterday from Enoads saying that I am not allowed to use Enoads on my blog because I don't own the domain name (blogspot.com, which google does of course).

So does that mean blogs are not allowed to use Enoads? If so, why? Doesn't that limit your company to not allow blogs?

    Did you know about this?

Will this policy ever change in the future?

Thanks and sorry for so many questions.

    W
