   I would prefer the 1st, simply because mobile devices easily interpret quick finger-down-and-up (a tap) as a click. Following article is probably outdated by now but well.. it did help me a lot in past: https://developer.apple.com/library...WebContent/HandlingEvents/HandlingEvents.html
