I have set Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing as default interface but I can't see any changes in the interface.
How can I use the WYSIWYG functionality?

I'm using chrome if thats relevant.

Chrome doesn't work with the WYSIWYG editor.

Same with Safari (same core as Chrome). the WYSIWYG editor in vBulletin only supports IE6 or higher and Firefox 2.0 or higher.
