It can only be done the hard way: 1) use Google Translate, translate the site and paste it into new pages, 2) hire a translator online and create new pages with the translations. Note that if you do the first option, the translation will probably turn out poorly.
If you need something translated I can do it for you (for a nominal fee of course) my wife is from panama and it is her native language. Let me know if you would be interested. Or I can get her sister to do it, she is an English teacher and has also taught Spanish for 8 years.
