    have pros and cons:

Pros for "English only", the people can improve their english (for translator and reader)

Cons for "English only", yes.. takes time to translate document

A lot of people that don't know English, just don't put any efforts to learn it. Most of them you know are from Mexico and are illigally here anyway.

I think anybody who wants to live in US should put in his agenda LEARNING THE LANGUAGE. It is a waste of tons of money to translate every doc in counties, and institutions to Spanish....
Another instance how tax payers money are unfairly used.

That's a yes from me too. Same goes for all countries.
English people living in China should learn to speak Chinese.
