Does anybody think that England will win the World Cup?

Is the team good enough to win the World Cup?

England begin with a very good team that wins is coming.

 

i doubt they would even get to the quarter finals

England is good team but due there bad luck they are not able to enter in semifinal, but i think this time they will do better.

 

In Cricket no need to be a good team for world champion.

 

We will never win it (but my pride wants us to) but i think we will be entertaining and at least get to the semi's

I presume we're talking football. I think England can get to the final as long as Capello picks the right team. He needs to leave Heskey at home, take Bent, Bent has a 60% shooting figure, Heskey is more likely to fall asleep on the pitch. Im not even convinced that Defoe is worth taking, he's a great club player but I dont rate him for England. Plus, I think Green needs to go as sub GK but David James should be #1 as he has the experience behind him (not a huge DJ fan but he is the best choice that England have imo).

This is by far the best team they have had in ages and one of the best in this tournament. With the new leadership that they currently have, one can tell that they are definetely mentally ready and have the skills to back it up
