The End of Cheap Oil, and no viable alternatives in sight, may very well spell doom to this project of Globalization. This age may very well be regarded as the "Golden Age" of Civilization.

There's already enough alternative fuel technology. The question is the will to make the change. Of course oil companies aren't finding the will when their profits are at a record. But car makers are definitely feeling the heat to produce more fuel efficient vehicles.

E85, Hydrogen, Electric, and Hybrids are all working right now, albeit in small numbers.

People think I am nuts saying that oil isn't just from dinos... I try to explain to them that all decomposing matter has the potential to be oil depending on circumstance.

I really didn't know how many people actually agreed with my theory, I assumed some, but never did look up something like this.

There is a very strong possibility that Oil is abiotic in nature, and there is plenty of oil available for the future. But it won't help us if we can't extract it and use it in time of need.

Canada has Trillions of Barrels of Oil worth of Tar sands. But it is not really useful if people can't extract it in required quantities.

I have to share a very important interview with a Canadian Geologist. You must listen to him, very important.

It is claimed that Russians have hundreds of Super-Deep wells which has quadrapuled their oil reserves. But even their production has declined in recent years.

An oil field dug today, will, under optimistic timeframe, start commercial production in 5 years. And since no one is digging an ultra-deep well right now, chances are, in 5 years, the crisis would reach an extreme point.
