1. Contact your hosting provider. 2. If you're using dynamic content, check your scripts carefully. 3. May be the spider you're using is buggy itself
Copy the above link into your browser and see if it renders a page. I would get this fixed if it is in fact happening (and NOT a bug in your crawler). You can download Xenu Link Sleuthe for free and crawl your site. It's a decent free crawler that's been around forever.
Until you figure out why this is happening, you should use a canonical tag on all your pages just to make sure the SE's are indexing the right page.
