Are we allowed to encourage users to use adsense search box (not click though), for example I posted an article about nokia and at the end I said:
(for more information please use our search box to search on Nokia, N97, N95, ... etc)
    is this fine ?

Sure, pay them $1.00 for each search I'm sure a lot of people will use it.

This is a little risky. Google guidelines basically do not allow any type of users push to use or click on any adsense instruments - links, banners, search etc..

You can use search box after the post as long as I doesn't look like your are forcing your visitor to use that search box.

I am not using any method to force visitors to search on my site; however within the articles I do recommend to them to use my search box (for more info) but I never said or encourage them to click on ads

hey look guys, uncommon sense came back!

Why doesn't the OP just ask the users to use google search instead?

The answer is NO! Do this at your own peril! You would have ticked a box upon applying for Adsense that said you had read and understood the TOS.. you obviously didn't?
