Toward the bottom, there are two paragraphs.

One is titled "Search the Web with our Google-powered Search Page".
The obvious violation: "If you use our Google-powered Search Page to perform those searches, we get a minor amount of commission if you click on one of the featured results."

The second is titled "Sign up for Google AdSense Advertising for Your Web Site" and it seems that the obvious phrase here is "It's a win-win situation, where you generate revenue on your site, and we receive a thank-you commission from Google in return for referring you."

IF they had left those out, would they still be TOS violations?
Does the "Undue attention" clause kick in for the search box and referral banner as well?

they will be still pointing unnatural attention to those 2.
Won't be the same as CLICK ME sign but still a TOS violation
