Is encouraging people to use your homepage as a default search engine (Google Search Box) against adsense rules???

I'm almost certain it's not...after all Google wants you to put their search box on your site.

You want to encourage your site to be default search engine, but the engine itself is Google Search Box ? Hmm, doesn't seem like Google would be very happy with that:).

Yea I don't think that is against the rules, but you should check with the adsense team just to be sure.

encouraging some to visit is not the crime but encouringing someone to click on them is crime!

well i'm not forcing- and its not text ads or anything its a search box - people would set is as their homepage and i'm not doing anything about it.. i'm not forcing or even encouraging people (whom i know or do not) to set my site as their homepage nor click on the ads ---
