Encouraging clicks - do you think?

Am I encouraging clicks and against TOS?

Look at the Adsense Link Unit at the top, right. I placed a kind of text header just above it: Link to example

I am thinking of moving the Link Unit just above the text header, to stay safe. But do I need to worry?

I don't think it's against TOS, there is nothing to make me believe that JUMP TO PARAGRAPH has reference to the code. Hell I don't even know what that means lol, however stay safe and move them. Not required IMO but if you want to be sure, move them for safety.

 

I didnt even notice JUMP TO PARAGRAPH was relating to the ads.....if so that would be against the rules id say.

Any way they adsense want only the natural clicks.

i think your placement is good but i think you must prefer square ads instead of 468*60

 

Always play it safe in regards to adsense so many people get banned from breaking the rules.

 

The rules can be interpreted differently - that's the big problem. I really want to observe TOS, but I also want the ads to blend, PRIMARILY to have a nicer overall layout.

If the ads are not blended in any way, they totally ruin the site layout.

I should drop the use of 468*60 ads?
