Encoding problem on my vbulletin problem after importing an old data base

    So, I used to own a soccer related forum 2 years ago but I didnt have the time and terminated it.I kept the DB and decided 2 weeks ago to start it over.I bought a new domain but wanted to keep my members and e-mail them about the change.So I imported the old data base.The forum is in Bulgarian language which uses the cyrilics alphabet.All the threads and posts turned into "?????????????" .Do you know how I might fix it ?

    Check MySQL default charset, database charset and tables charsets. Compare current and "2 years ago" charsets. Re-import database.
