Buying encoding/encryption

    At the simplest form i simply need a chat plugin for a forum sent to the data base encoded and not in plain text. Have the plugin, simply need it changed to encoded...

    basically u want an encoding algorithm implemented. i can do it in java or C++. PM me if interested
