enable/Disable opt-out verification on registration for vBulletin forum

    i am looking to see how its possible to enable/Disable opt-out verification on registration for vBulletin forum.

    Do you mean verification of emails, if so do as follows:

    Vbulletin Options
    User Registration Options

    Look in there and if its the emails you need to disable untick the "Verify Email address in Registration" and the member does not need verification.
