Selling Emulation Website, Forums with 15,000 members, 10k + unique visits per day

Im looking at selling my emulation website. I have ran the website for several years and would like a change.

The website has over 15,000 Files hosted on it.

I am currently using Mediashakers adverts on the website and earn anywhere from $15-$20 per day.

I was using Clicksor before and was making between $10-$25 per day, I was also using Paypopup with this on one page which also made $5 per day.

The site has complete custom made scripts including a optional points system to limit the amount of downloads each day. A little bit of php knowledge is needed if it was to need changing. The site also lets users request roms, upload screenshots for games and even buy extra points if the system is enabled. They can also become a premium member and no popups or adverts willl be shown when they login.

The website currently has a leased vBullitien license and is running the latest forum software with over 15,000 registered members.

The website is hosted on a Dedicated server with comes with basic managment and 100mbps unmetered shared port. Ive never had any problems with the server but if you are to buy the website you are free to move it to any other server you wish.

The server costs are $220 including a control panel and support. This however is a very good spec server with lots of room for expansion.

Not really sure what kind of price im looking for so just seeing what offers i get.

Not really sure on a reserve.

The current server the website is on is a really high spec server. It could easily be downgraded to a $150 server. So the revenue could easily be increased.

Not really sure of a reserve will keep the post open for a week or so. Payment will be made through escrow. I can make any minor changes to the website if the buyer wishes.
