I plan on making a few top sites lists including an emulation top sites list. This site will link to certain rom sites among other emulation sites. I won't be directly linking to roms or hosting any roms on my site. I basically won't have anything illegal on my site but I will be linking to sites which may host illegal roms. Is this in violation of the terms for adsense and will I be banned. If it's in violation I plan to just use adsense on my other top sites lists which are 100% legal and use other advertising on the emulation site.
