Need help emulating the look of this page - http://www.essayrater.com/ The content and images will be completely different, but my client likes this look. I'll be using Dreamweaver and can start from scratch but would rather start from a template and then customize. Don't need the login function. Thanks.
You may want to consider premium themes such as Thesis or Headway. While it might seem a little pricey it's well worth the money.
