Employment site needs a review now that it is finished

    Hello everyone. I just finished my job listing site. It is completely free and now I just need some feedback. Don't worry about hurting my feelings just lay it on me honestly. Any sugestions would be great! Thanks

    I think the logo looks squished and somewhat distorted. I would also use a smaller ggogle ad unit at least for the one above the "featured positions" It takes up too much space which could be used for content.

    I think the site would look better if you got a more professional logo
    and add more colors into the color scheme.

    its seems you were to cheap whit the colors for the tabs and logo...
    and for presenting the jobs your using the same text, color and size as the google adds...
