    I have been selling off some of my web site projects because of a sudden need for some funds. This listing is for one that I have been developing and feel still needs some TLC and will keep developing it if I do not get a good offer for it. So at this stage I am looking for possible interest.

    I started the site off as a job posting site and did that for a few months but decided that since there were so many job posting sites out there that I would change the sites plan so lost the original PR of the site when I did this. The site was then somewhat idle for a while and then I got back into it, SEO and marketing it to help bring back the PR.

    The current site is not turnkey nor is it a template, I have done the site design in Fireworks & dreamweaver and will provide those files with the sale incase the new owner needs to change anything that they want.

    I have made over $300 with the site so far ($25 from adbrite, $100+ adsense, $100+ selling banners on ebay, & $175 from resume writting) and it has got about 8000+ uniques over the past year.

    I have 3 unique articles that I wrote for the site (many more that I bought to post as well but have prefered to keep only unique ones posted) http://jobboardsites.com/articles/

    PM sent asking about the articles that I have yet to post,
    response: I purchased them from ebay to put on my various sites but have not used them yet, they are the basic generic articles that are on just about every website out there
