Hi, I thought I'd give you a personal recommendation to have beside this advert above. I am still a bit shaken from the comment I made on a previous thread, expressing my sympathy with other virtual employers over the surveillance issue on another thread. I've been using a program called My Team Monitor because it not only acts as a sheet for signing on and off work, but logs the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes for me to see whether they were actively working or just sitting around, and it also takes screenshots to show what they are working on.
