    Igra_psh thanks for offer you are highest bidder now. About link: I wouldn't like to garantee link for that long because that prevents me from selling my other site for 6 months. I am not planing to sell it for now but 6 months is long time. 6 month garantie is included in bin price.If I sell my other site I will pay for that link from my own pocket-but this is for BIN which will be set soon.

    Ok, that souns reasonable.
    Just to say I can alwaus pay 15$ more for 1 more yaer of hosting and sell 15-18 sitewide links for 50$ per year. Since that includes 1 pr6 homepage and 153 subpages with pr4 I am sure this would be a good deal. Plus I cen sell featured links and place regular to be free recip to prevent pr drop on next update.
    This way I can earn 800$+ and keep website. Again these are calculations based on low prices.
    So I will place BIN of 700$

    I am thinking to list site at Sitepoint if I don't sell it here for price I like. So for now I wouldn't say anything about auction end.And again I will not sell site until all datacenters are updated to prevent any complications. So I will consider bid of 375$ high bid now.
