This is a popular picture web site for rapper eminem. It has been around since March 2006. and currently receives an average of 1500-2000 uniques per month. The site has a pagerank of 4 and gets 90% of its traffic from search engines as Eminem Pictures is still a highly searched term.

The site is ran from a php/mysql gallery script and is easily updatable as well as seo freindly. It currently contains 441 images all added by myself.

The site earns between in excess of 10 dollars per month from Google Adsense but I recently tweaked the site for eminem's upcoming album the re-up and have been seeing a sharp increase in the cpc as the keywords are now music downloads.

This site is a great investment being so well positioned in the search engine with a new album release on the horizon, Unfortunatley I require the cash and a quick sale.

I got a Benjamin on this to start you off. But the stats don't support the claim of 2000 uniques a month. Anyway, when does the auction end?

 

Hi PinotNoir, yes seems like I had a slight mix-up the site actually earns more than originally stated and has less uniques. The original post is now updated to reflect this. The auction will end around midday tomorrow so around 5.00am on these boards (I'm based in uk).
