Emigrate to Canada

    Hi, i am from Romania, and i have some questions about emigrate to Canada/Quebec
    I have some friends who are in Canada and they told me i have some blod tests to pass before go in Canada.
    I am diabetic, grade 1 (that means dependant of insuline).
    It's allowed to emigrate to Canada if i have this ..?

    I have all documents i need + money + passport
    That's the last step! If i can emigrate if i have diabet grade #1 (insuline dependant)
    I hope someone from Canada see this topic

    Note: this is 100% legal, i want to emigrate LEGAL!
