I had my site/forum moved to a new server....it tooka while for the DNS settings to tricle down...but now when I ping my domain...its correct. However, when others go to login to my board, they get the "board is off" message. It appears they are seeing the old board that is turned off on the old server. Its been almost 24 hours since the switch.....isn't that long enough?

Like st1905 pointed out, it's probably the users ISP that hasn't done an update of the DNS yet.

I've had the exact same problem numerous times.

    Regards,

    Steve

If your users PCs have cached the old DNS info, for windows get them to type the following in a CMD window:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    Then try again :)
