Emergency Linux Admin?

Do you know your way around Linux, CentOS, cPanel, and the like?

I need to make contact with a few people that I can call upon during server disasters.

It doesn't happen very often and I do already have a management and monitoring company, but they don't like to act quickly when emergencies arise (Platinum Server Management). I used to have 'a guy' who could fix things and get me back up and running quickly, but he has disappeared as of late.

For instance... this week I upgraded a secondary HD, but the old secondary had errors on it, so I needed someone to try to initiate a fresh transfer of the files from drive to drive. I also had a transferred account that wasn't resolving, I needed someone to do some pings, trace-routes, etc to figure out where the DNS was breaking.

PM or post if you are willing to help out on such occasions or if you have 'a guy' or 'a company' that does that sort of thing.

I honestly would be interested in a new management company if you had a recommendation.

I will pay a fair wage for whatever time and effort you would need to exert to help me, I do like a good deal, but when it's an emergency, well you know, you want it fixed and you want it fixed 10 minutes ago ;-)

Get management from PSN or ManagemyBox, recommended. They give you more attention in emergency.

I believe PSN was a typo and it should have been PSM (http://www.platinumservermanagement.com/)
