I have a friend who just got laid off last week and needs instant cash. They are looking to the Internet to make that extra dough. I am helping them with SEO and other marketing skills. We have set up some simple MFA sites and are looking to generate some income from clicks. Our primary marketing arenas are Facebook, craigslist and forums. Is there someone out there that can help with some ideas on how to generate around $500 in one week?

Get a job, and do this net thing part time. When you get good at it, then you lose the job. But for him, DEFINITELY Find another job first, and then work on building up a good website.

i agree, find a temporary solution like a job. During this period start building an online business. If we all could make a quick $500, we'd all be doing it.
Be careful if you intend to promote an adsense site on craigslist - its a surefire way to lose your adsense account, and any money in it.
