I found an unregistered exact match .com.

4 words, one of the words is 'for'.

10,000 average searches in Google per month

0.50 CPC

Should I register it?

What variables would affect the resale price?

 

just owning the EMD will not get you to the first place in search engines and if you do not plan on developing the domain name then I would think twice about investing even the reg free IMO

 

emd has been devalued 3 years ago in an update
but it still gives you a benefit albeit much smaller

also they are under extra scrutiny so be sure to make a legit site and not thin if you use emd this is very important
if the site looks as if its seo bait you will get hammered on the first review

yes register but work on the site design and site look and make sure it adds value for searchers searching for the keyword
in short it must answer search intent of that phrase

 

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it, which could probably be a couple of dollars with the right coupons.

It's 2015 and long over due to go with brand names instead. (Create your own brand.)
