    Hey guys,

    Here is the site: buttondownshirts.org

    I've been selling off quite a few of my small niche sites lately as I'm pursuing a few bigger projects. This has been up for about a month now, and is ranking on page #3 for it's main keyword. It has 6 highly optimized articles.

    button down shirts - 1900 exact searches - $1.43 CPC - #23
    button down shirts for men - 720 exact searches - $1.57 CPC - #61
    casual button down shirts - 210 exact searches - $1.94 CPC - #47
    white button down shirts - 110 exact searches - $1.24 CPC - #61

    Site hasn't been monetized yet. This is a great site for someone who's well versed in SEO, and wants to cut out the site creation process. I have a website with very similar search volume and CPC, ranking #1 pulling in about $8 a day (sometimes more on a good day). There is virtually no competition for this specific keyword. And you get a nice boost in Google since it's an EMD (exact match domain).
