    No promotion or link building has been done with this site. I created a network too big to handle and was only able to promote a handful of the sites, so I'm selling roughly half of it.

    • 5,500 words of content written by a native English speaker
    • Custom theme for maximum CTR (3% on my other sites)
    • Aged domain, almost a year!
    • Built to be monetized with clickbank (Teds Wood Working) and Adsense
    • Each topic written was thoroughly researched to gain maximum traffic
    • Exact match domain
    $39 takes it, which is a steal considering the amount of content on it.

    I'd give you $15, the layout is horrible. Content really is not worth a ton, not like he will keep writing new content.

    That is actually supposed to link to Teds Wood Working which I'm using as an affiliate. I use the /teds/ to 301 to their site, but I guess I forgot to put it in place. I've found that to be a successful strategy on other similar sites with a reasonable conversation ratio.

    Thank you for your expert analysis of my website. That theme gets an extremely high CTR on both clickbank and adsense, but let me change it to make it more visually appealing to satisfy your stupidity.

    Personally I like the site. Is this easy to run and any hosting suggestions and where is Domain registered?Seems Teds has some decent affiliate $$.

    It's just wordpress so yes it's easy to run, domain through godaddy..
