Hey, im just about to start my first adult website, just wondering is it legal to embed videos from other adult sites onto yours, or do you need permission from them sites? and if so, whats the best way to get permission? Thanks in advance
You always need permission to use something you don't own. You need express permission from the copyright holder, so you would have to contact them, and how really depends on the specific owner.
Usually Adult sites get videos because they are an affiliate of the program where the videos come from, or they are the affiliate themselves and own the content. You can't just download and use the video. IF it is offered for embedding ,then it is O.K., but usually Adult sites are very protective over their content and they will sue you if you just take stuff from them.

It's much easier to just join the affiliate program. You will get access to a lot more content instead of just looking for videos to embed.
