Hi, I am new in web designing. My problem is, i can not add or embed any video from my local computer for practice purposes.
It shows, a blank squire area with black border. Sometimes, its run automatically in full-screen.

Here, I want to see the code and tips, so that my video will be responsive and visible in all most all browsers.
Note: I am codding on html5 platform and combination of css2 and css3

It will be easier for us to help, if you show us a bit of your code responsible for adding this video. :)

Well the fact is that html5 video which you are talking about is supported by every other browser except for IE. On IE you have only IE9 and up. That's why people who actually work in the business prefer to use youtube or vimeo FLASH embeds for video.

Could someone translate this thread into ENGLISH for me?

No offense, but I can't make sense out of what you are asking, much less what you are trying to do... The lack of code showing what you are doing could also be a contributor to that.

He has problems with adding videos to a website kept locally on his computer and wants some tips for making it responsive and compatibile... probably ;) Obviously, he didn't ask his question in the best way, but it doesn't mean we can't try to help him :) On other hand, I asked for code, he told he will paste it, I'm still waiting...
