I'm working to get approval on an ongoing website project by a government agency in the states. Part of the project involves videos and so to avoid copyright infringement, bandwidth problems, and compatibility issues we decided to use embedded YouTube videos. At the meeting within the government office they were unable to play the video.. Any idea why? I assume they merely have YouTube blocked so avoid slackers at work. Are there other compatibility problems I'm unaware of?
