I have a big problem. The problem is that when I distribute the PDF, the embedded sound works for some people but for others the sound doesn't work. There is no reaction when the link is clicked. What could that be? The customers tell me that their audio is OK. Can their be some comflict with versions of Adobe reader with the version of Adobe Acrobat that was used to embed the sound in the pdf (the pdf was made from the MSword button) or something like that? I have had to return money to people who can't get the sound to work for the language lessons. Maybe it got changed somehow when uploaded to the SWREG site (where they buy it and which sends it to the buyer) or maybe in the download process. Do you have any idea? Could you see the problem by looking at the file the buyer receives?
