    Yes, so long as the content doesn't violate the no-nudity policy and the video owner has given you permission to post the video on your site. As far as I know you'll be able to use any video that is on YouTube, as it is ultimately their responsibility to remove the videos.

    google policy states ad should not be arround those videos which attract clicking ads however referals are allowed
