Embed videos and links to videos on adult sites

    Hi!
    Is it allowed to have on adult site embed videos for example from megarotic or redtube etc.?? And is it allowed to have links to some adult video which has got copyright? Simply you have got site with only links to some videos and with some embed videos. You didn't upload anything. Is it legal?

    If you are linking or embedding the original content (which would not be on your server), it's perfectly legal (well, as long as the adult videos are legal). It's like me embedding a YouTube video and posting a link to another YouTube video on my site. However, since the content is YouTube's, I suppose they could tell me to stop linking/embedding whenever they want. Hasn't happened to me, though.
