i want to create a website like this one
    www.pakwheels.com
my question is that how can i embed different things in a single website like this guy did in above website.
you can see he embed 1 forum, 1 bolg,1 classifieds site in a single site.
the upper section of the home page remain same. but there is a navigation menu. when we click any button. a sub menu appears and lower part of page change according the tab. but upper portion remain same. as when we click to forum it lands to forum when we click on blog it land to blog but nothing change in upper portion.
    how could we do this.
    Any suggestion please

Well, the top part is called header, and he just has the same design on the header that he uses in the classified parts and in the blog and oin the forums and all other pages. He just uses the very same design at the top of all pages. That's all.

It mint be worth investigating a CMS like Joomla. I have used forum plugins for this platform which are pretty good looking, free and function pretty well straight out of the box.

Use good CMS like Joomla or Wordpress or Drupal. Talking about that upper part, they used same teplate for different pages. Only changed their content. You can simply do this using any CMS where you can do changes without any programming language.
