Is the site hand coded from scratch by you or a modified version of another CMS? It looks very similar to a myspace type cms I saw for sale once. Would be very interested in traffic stats. How many total members now? How long has the site been up?

How are you currently getting traffic to the site? What type of ongoing maintenance is required, ie., if I buy the site what am I going to have to do to maintain it?

I am getting some errors on the profile pages. What do you think is causing this?

I am very interested just trying to gauge what I am willing to pay?

After sending about 10 PM,s to the seller it seems he is talking Bullshit !

Half the mods have not yet been coded.
Radio 1 gave him a plug last week,ther will not be any advertising

Also the stats he sent showed me had 6,300 visiters and about 4 new members.

Excellent site, though I'd be cautions of the myspace design. That could cause trouble in the future if you get big.

 

Amilo, you should get your facts right before making public statements.. All modules have been coded and are working..

Image hosting, music and game linking are in place and working fine, the EXTRA modules in which i am working on will give users the ability to HOST videos and as i explained this would be an added bonus to the winner..

As far as stats go, 30 members on the day of the Radio1 mention is i believe a good turn around seeing as the site was barely recognisable at that stage.

Lpspider, the template is highly customisable as it is coded purely with php and CSS

its a mixture of versions 1.3, 1.6 and 1.7 with custom MySQL engine work

also the member submit functions are custom

This site is amazing, i have looked at the source and there is not much code left apart from some of the template layout that is actually contained within phpfox.

I think this would be a great buy as these are hard to come by, its obvious you have put hours of working into the code of this application

Site looks cool, and all future mods sound fantastic.

What I do not understand is why all questions are answered via PM and not on open board. Many would also like the answers to many questions already asked here....

Also the MSN deal.....Is there a reason why none of this cant be done on open board ??

What is the big secret if your trying to sell a site.....Wouldnt you want all people that are looking at this thread to gain interest by answering simple questions right here.

It just seems like stupid to answer the same questions over and over through PM when you can address everyone at once on the board.

The reason i wanted to discuss the sale over instant messenger is because its real time.. so if someone wanted to ask more questions i could answer them straight away. Also with my line of work im in and out of the office alot so it would be quicker for me to answer any questions over IM

 

Your spending more time in IM answering the same questions over and over...

Do it on open board and all that will stop.....
