    What is FlipMart about?

Basically, the website is an Online Marketplace for Virtual products, services and domains. Sellers and buyers can sell or buy goods. The website owners get a particular % per sale and/or per listing creation. The website has it's own payment management system and project management system to prevent fraudment. Most freelancers would prefer such websites to prevent fraudments etc.

The revenue scale of such websites can range anywhere between $300-$10k per day depending on the promotion and popularity. The website should rank high on google, and the owner would easily earn a good revenue within a bit of promotion. Suppose there are 10 Domains sold a day, and each domain gives the owner as low as $5 revenue, total $50, Now, 20 Services and product listing fee etc might take up to 300$ at least in a day. So the owner can easily earn $350 a day without any promotion. The website needs a little maintenance, to prevent any ort of misuse or fraudments.

    Why Unique?

    - Domain is unique, Brandable and Premium.
    - Website is FULLY Custom coded in Mysql/PHP and highly customiable.

Features at a glance : Quick Overview of the site

Complete Marketplace Website along with Payment Processing, Project and Dispute management system.
Users registers as Buyer or Seller
Free users have limitation of listing count, they can add credits and add more listing.
During listing domains and sites, they can put up bidding amount, bin amount and ending date like any auction system. For services (WTS) the provides lists his company details or freelancing details experience and work experience along with portfolio rates which visitors may like or dislike and open up a collaboration project with budget, requirements and so on via a wave like feature.
A Wave would basically be a discussion between the seller and Buyer The seller or service provider is never allowed to share private information such as email or instant messenger ids. After the discussion about project is sorted out via Wave the seller can generate an invoice for the buyer which the buyer pays.
In order to pay, the buyer adds funds to his/her account through Paypal or Credit Card. The funds are considered as Virtual Currency which may or may not be equal to real currency. The Buyer then clears off the invoice with the added Credits. The Administrator receives a small % of the transaction and the rest gets credited to the sellers account (for future withdrawl).
The project is set as ‘In progress’. In the meantime the seller and buyer may continue discussion and post milestones about the project. Further invoices may also be generated as required. Project is set as Completed only after approval from both ends. The buyer may also open disputes just like Paypal.
For Product selling and others similar method is followed, discussions are allowed but no private sharing option.
For (WTB) or Service Requests, the client opens up a new project with requirements, users can set bids on it, the owner selects a particular bid and continues the project after the service provider sends an invoice.
All transactions are recorded in a page for all services and products.
Users can withdraw their funds or virtual currency from their Flip account to their bank or paypal which administrator performs with/without a small fee.
All Listings are kept for public or registered user view.
Dispute section lets sellers stay safe by reporting frauds to the website administrator, works similar to Paypal.
Support section consists of tickets with unique ID for each ticket. Administrators can reply to tickets from back end.
    Enhanced URL optimization.
Since it’s custom coded, new features can be added to the admin and frontend very easily.

How do we categorize the products?

The site is categorized, into 3 sections. Each section works differently. Like the first section includes products, in which the seller uploads the product in account ‘Files’ section and the Buyer simply clicks on ‘Buy’ and purchases the item. The seller then confirms the deal and the buyer gets an email with the file notification and the file gets added to his account for download. Similarly, the Services section opens up a discussion once a user clicks on ‘Deal’. The discussion continues till the project is set. The Client mentions the requirements, deadline, budget etc. The third domains section, opens a type of PMing system, where they share the login and other info, and upon deal fishing, the buyer hits ‘ deal complete’. And the deal gets confirmed.

The site is new and has not really been made live yet. It's something similar to Flippa, Sedo, Get A Freelancer etc along with payment records and everything. Once promoted well i am sure it can give you $1500+ daily, because

I made a bid to keep the auction going. I'd like to see the admin demo. If I buy I won't need the Domain but only the script. Thanks.
