Emarketing Website, need help with AdSense

Can you please check my adsense and critique it. What else can I do to improve it. Any constructive criticism is welcome.

 

The white backgrounds make the ads stand out, but when they stand out, I completely skip by them.

I'd try making some of them have a blue background to match the page and/or navigation menu. You could setup channels in Adsense to see which gives you the best CTR.

You could also try smaller boxes and have the post text wrap around it.

And a side note: You don't need the bold, underline, and italics tags in the title...

So the bold, underline and italics wont increase SEO whatsoever?

 

They have no effect when used in meta tags.

 

Im using them in the heading of my blog post. Each posting has a new heading and I make it italics, underline and bold. I thought it helped.

Blogger wont let me put an ad under my title. I switch to link ads at the bottom of each post and they look very blended. I don't know if they will do any good.

its in my signature! I found out how to wrap my blog around my adsense but it is correct for the first 2 placements but on the 3rd blog posting, it cuts the page in half. Although you can see the full text, you get half a page of blank space under where the ad runs. This is not correct but I don't know how to fix it. Someone help!

 

Ok I finally got my ads to float properly and I got my blog wrapped around my ads. The only thing is, I dont think my background and border of my ads are the same as the background on my page. It is close, and looks almost exact if you look dead on but if you look from an angle, the color background of the ads look almost orange. I've been hunting all over for the right color code so my ads blend in exactly. Can someone help?

 

Try E4ECF5 for the background of the 200x200 ad units.

 

e4ecf5 is the color of the background on the Google link ads to the right, so its not an exact blend.

 

Yeah but it's close. I was scanning the CSS and didn't see a better color listed.

You might need to use Photoshop or VMN Toolbar with the color picker or some other program that will give you a hex code for a given color.
