I have been using Optigold for a few years now but all of a sudden if i try to email a service record or anything out of optigold to my clients there not receiving it. I have even tried a different test email account in the overide email area. any suggestions? I also seen that someone was talking about Mondomail but i don't see anywhere that i can change settings or tell it to use my user name and password.
