Emails bouncing

We have a domain that used to be hosted with our ISP. We have one main email associated with that domain and we've been having problems with it bouncing.

So, with a change in hosting coming up I moved ahead and got it changed expecting things to be better. And it was for a while, but now it seems to be bouncing again - albeit intermittently.

We just got sent one of the bounces
Spamcop say the site is ok but a whois was a bit alarming as it shows 500 errors. All tied in?

Have you tried using www.dnsreport.com? That has two tools, one to test your DNS, another to test your email. It might help you out.

The DNS might not have been fully propagated yet. How long ago since you have changed hosting?

Ooooh, that's ugly! Will follow up with the hosting company to see if they can explain! Thanks

Besides dnsreport, there's also DNS stuff.com - you'll want to test the domain's MX records.
